This is a simple and free editor, navigator, pretty printer and batch processor for COBOL and Windows batch files. It enables you to inspect and modify these programs on Windows desktops. Using the batch utility together with a free compiler (Opencobol, Fujitsu, ...) makes it a basic development tool.
